Booking Deposit:Each travel package requires a minimum guarantee deposit per person to confirm the reservation. The deposit is non-refundable and must be settled within three (3) business days upon receipt of the Confirmation Invoice. Failure to pay within this period may result in the automatic release of your slot. Installment payments are accepted; however, the full balance must be paid no later than thirty (30) days before the departure date. For bookings made less than a month before departure, full payment is required within three (3) business days after confirmation.
Full Payment:The remaining balance of the total package cost must be settled at least thirty (30) days prior to departure. Failure to comply may result in the forfeiture of your deposit and the release of your booking.
Ticket Issuance:Airline tickets are issued approximately one (1) week before the scheduled departure. This timeline may vary depending on airline partner operations, seat availability, and peak season demand. Travelers will be notified once tickets are finalized.
Date Transfer Policy:Once the guarantee deposit has been paid, the selected travel date is considered final. Requests for date changes or rebooking after payment cannot be accommodated.
Cancellation Policy:All packages are strictly non-refundable and non-rebookable. No refunds will be provided for cancellations, no-shows, or any unused portion of the tour, transportation, hotels, or flights. Once the guarantee deposit is made, cancellations are not allowed. In the event of cancellation, both the deposit and full payment will be automatically forfeited.
Accommodation Policy:In cases where the preferred hotel is unavailable during the travel period, a similar or equivalent category hotel will be arranged without prior notice.
Travel Requirements:A clear, scanned copy of each traveler’s valid passport must be submitted to travel@bozabe.com immediately after booking for enlistment and ticket processing.
